Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in County Tipperary. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of contracts, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chair regular meetings with project teams to ensure progress aligns with planned programmes.
* Provide clear, concise reporting on project progress and advise on variances.
* Collaborate with the Head of Contracts to ensure accurate financial information.
* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Develop and implement effective site programmes and monitor progress against these.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Experience in similar roles within the construction industry.
* Strong technical skills, including Microsoft packages (Word, Teams) and ability to read technical drawings.
* Basic understanding of construction contractual terms.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
