Our professional services client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, to join their large HR team, for a permanent role, based in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will support the HR function’s strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Hybrid working on offer.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Work with the EDI & Wellbeing Manager to support the delivery of the organisation’s EDI & Wellbeing strategy.
2. Work on initiatives to engage, educate and inspire colleagues in line with the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy.
3. Organisation of events and initiatives with external partners.
4. Contribute to the research and review of EDI & Wellbeing related policies.
5. Maintain and update EDI & Wellbeing content on the corporate intranet.
6. Coordinate and manage the centralised EDI and Wellbeing events calendar.
7. Monitor and respond to the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 1+ years’ relevant experience in EDI and Wellbeing.
2. Experience and interest in creating and promoting positive workplace cultures.
3. Strong project management skills/knowledge.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Experience of Microsoft Office, competent use of Word/PowerPoint/Excel is essential.
