Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project planning (pre-construction, construction, and commissioning) Develop and maintain project schedules, progress databases, and milestone projections Oversee earned value management systems and monitor schedule performance Conduct site audits and attend meetings with clients and subcontractors Prepare tender schedules, histograms, and support weekly workface planning Lead planning meetings and provide data for payment applications Ensure quality and accuracy of schedules and reports Assist in recording delays, preparing claims, and handling contractual disputes Provide training to staff as needed and cover Senior Project Planner responsibilities when required Travel to project sites as necessary to fulfil duties Requirements: Construction-related degree or trade background 3+ years' experience in Project Planning of large construction projects Excellent communication skills Excellent IT and software skills (including Oracle P6 and Excel) Proven ability to work effectively in a team Proven ability to work within strict deadlines Knowledge of and commitment to Health & Safety Please apply directly online or to Caoimhe Morris at Sanderson.
