Overview
PepsiCo Internship Programme is a 6-8 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a Supply Chain Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-8 months.

* We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.

Responsibilities
Role Purpose & Primary Accountabilities:
Reporting
Generation and publication of reports utilising SAP and Excel.
Analysis of data output and preparation of files for order fulfilment metrics, product freshness, excess and obsolescence, dashboards, material and capacity statistics.
Co-ordination of data feedback to meet business timelines.
Production Planning and Scheduling
Assist with MRP review gaining insight in how we create and release process orders on SAP in line with production plan for all manufacturing, filling and rework orders.
Material Planning
Reviewing MRP signal and work with planners, suppliers and carriers driving efficient delivery of materials.
Assist in identifying and escalating issues with end to end supply chain which will impact customer service levels.
Inventory Management
Analysing changes in demand signal to identify opportunity to reduce costs associated with obsolescence.
General management
Maintain planning master data as required.
Work cross functionally with supply chain, procurement, quality and operations to achieve operating targets and drive issue resolution.
Health and safety
A requirement of the role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety Requirements.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
* Third level qualification in Supply Chain or related discipline.
* Analytical skills, with a proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Be capable of working effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks, with strong attention to detail.
* Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives; Ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent customer awareness and customer focus.
* Proficient Computer skills (MS Excel or equivalent, MS PowerPoint or equivalent).
