Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
We are excited to expand our team by adding two skilled engineers who will play a key role in our modernisation project.
The project focuses on cloud migration and leveraging data to enhance overall business efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
* Install and configure hardware and software across the site.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to IT issues as they arise.
* Provide hands-on support and maintenance for Microsoft-based technologies.
* Develop and deliver technical documentation to support new staff training.
* Assist new employees with workstation setup and onboarding training.
* Maintain and support Active Directory.
* Offer in-person and remote support to end users, ensuring a high standard of service.
Requirements:
* Some degree of IT Support knowledge within a professional environment.
* Drive and determination to learn and grow within your role.
* Experience supporting both wired and wireless networks.
* Industry experience working with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
