Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Sales Administrator to support our Sales team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves being in a busy environment and wants to work in a tight-knit, supportive team.
Based in their Offices in Dublin 12, you will support the Sales Team ensuring operational and administrative processes run smoothly and effectively maintaining our good reputation in the market.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with the team, your duties will include:
1. Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from their customers in the Dealer Network throughout Ireland
2. Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system
3. Managing and processing responses to queries on stock and incoming vehicles to be distributed to the dealers directly or to the Sales team
4. Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis
5. Working with their Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS)
6. Processing registrations with Revenue
7. Regular communications with the Aftersales Departments and Commercial Finance ensuring the process runs effectively
8. Working with the Sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.

1. Proven success working in a customer service / sales administration role for at least 2 years
2. Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
3. Knowledge of DMS - Kerridge / Keyloop would be an advantage
4. Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
5. Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
6. Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade would be of benefit
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
8. You will need to be adaptable and flexible to work in an ever-changing market
