This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef located in Dublin. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, assisting the Chef owner in menu planning, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include training junior chefs, monitoring food costs, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
* Culinary Arts or related degree
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
* Leadership and management skills
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
