1. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
2. Qualified Electrician
3. Experience in installing fire alarm equipment and emergency lighting desirable
4. English speaking
5. Good Communication Skills
6. Familiarity with mobile tools & apps
7. Full Clean Driving Licence
Role…
1. Installing and Commissioning Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Equipment
2. Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
3. Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and makes suggestions for product & service improvements.
Key Responsibilities…
1. Provide excellent customer service and customer support during installation process
2. Build positive relationships with customers and represent Allied Fire Protection in a professional & trusted manner ensuring company vehicle, uniform and paperwork promote professionalism
3. Carry out installations compliant with relevant standards
4. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions
5. Carry out preventative maintenance & make recommendations based on age of system & equipment
6. Produce timely and detailed work reports
7. Cooperate with technical & field service teams and share information across the company
8. Understand and anticipate customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer request, satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
10. Follow all company’s Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practices
11. Advise and report on change requests for documented processes
