Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling sales opportunities for a Business Development Manager to attend, to meet with business owners/Directors to sell Peninsula's services.
* Ensuring quality B2B conversations establish the need for our service.
* Working to daily targets around call time and appointments booked.
* Maintaining a low cancellation rate.
* Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
* Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your own sales pipeline.
* Updating Salesforce with accurate information.
* Working on campaign data, targeting industry sectors or specific data lead sources.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a B2B sales role.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Experience in outbound lead generation/telesales using a professional approach.
* Ability to work in a target-based, fast-paced environment.
