The role: Company Secretarial Duties : Perform tasks such as company incorporations, annual compliance, and various filings with the Companies Registration Office.
Statutory Records : Establish and maintain statutory books, registers, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
General Meetings Management : Organize and facilitate general meetings, including notices, proxy collection, and vote management.
Client Compliance : Prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) packs, handle certifications, and manage the notarization and apostilling of documents for client entities.
Board Meeting Logistics : Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, preparing board packs, and drafting meeting minutes.
Process Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and compliance with company policies, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
What's required of you: Must have 4+ years funds company / corporate secretary experience in Ireland or the UK (please note this is NOT a receptionist/secretary role) Must be ICSA/CGI qualified or part-qualified or a desire to do so.
You must be currently based in Ireland with an Irish/European/UK passport or Stamp 4 visa.
