The role :
Company Secretarial Duties:
Perform tasks such as company incorporations, annual compliance, and various filings with the Companies Registration Office
Statutory Records:
Establish and maintain statutory books, registers, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
General Meetings Management:
Organize and facilitate general meetings, including notices, proxy collection, and vote management
Client Compliance:
Prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) packs, handle certifications, and manage the notarization and apostilling of documents for client entities
Board Meeting Logistics:
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, preparing board packs, and drafting meeting minutes
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and compliance with company policies, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Whats required of you :
Must have 4+ years funds company / corporate secretary experience in Ireland or the UK (please note this is NOT a receptionist/secretary role)Must be ICSA/CGI qualified or part-qualified or a desire to do so.
