Job Title: Talent and Performance Specialist
Summary
The Talent and Performance Specialist will support the implementation of a comprehensive performance and talent management framework for An Post. This role involves identifying, measuring, and developing talent, as well as overseeing standardized talent and performance processes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Learning and Talent Development Manager in defining An Post's talent development and performance management strategies and frameworks.
* Collaborate with HRBPs to implement key components of talent and performance processes within their business area.
* Oversee the completion of performance management processes by HRBPs, including objective setting, development planning, calibration, and succession planning.
* Develop and implement a robust upskilling framework to engage employees in performance management and development planning processes.
* Implement a framework to support development planning for employees outside the formal performance management process.
* Continuously improve the performance and development management process by incorporating feedback from employees.
* Provide detailed reports to support succession planning in specific business areas.
* Develop and maintain An Post's Library of Goals.
* Provide data and metrics to support annual reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields with a strong background in performance management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Professional certification in HR or a related field is advantageous.
Passion for enhancing talent and performance with a track record of successfully implementing performance management frameworks.
