Part Time HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of Human Resources, including Employee Engagement, Legal Compliance, Compensation and Benefits.
This is a part-time position, working from our office in Tralee, County Kerry. As a senior member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with company objectives.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with company objectives.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Manage employee relations and performance management.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
* Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in an HR Function.
* In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters in a professional manner.
* Educated to CIPD or degree level, specifically in HR.
This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours open to negotiation. Salary will be based on experience and discussed at interview stage.
