Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues using structured problem-solving methods like DMAIC and hands-on interaction.
* Provide engineering support to operations, helping to drive yield, analyze, and reduce critical defects, LBM, and cycle time improvements.
* Minimize equipment downtime during shift activity.
* Create and maintain equipment documentation, including EBs, EDSTs, IQ protocols, and PMs.
* Install, calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, and validate equipment.
* Implement process improvements based on trends, NCMR actions, First Time Quality (FTQ) actions, where required.
* Work individually or as part of a team on various process improvement projects.
* Support NCMR investigations when required.
* Provide clear and accurate handover updates from one shift to another.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 7 bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience in a manufacturing or engineering operations environment in Med Tech is preferred.
* Strong technical engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of statistical tools.
* Ability to work across functions as part of a manufacturing support team.
* Ability to work independently.
* Agile MAP and SAP experience is an advantage.
* Good interpersonal skills are essential and must be a team player.
* Experience with SAP ME is desirable.
