Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and achieve business goals.
Oversee social media platforms by creating and posting engaging content and interacting with followers Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with branding Facilitate onboarding processes, including welcoming new employees and subcontractors, conducting orientations, and ensuring readiness for their roles.
Organise and securely save all employee documents on the server, including visa-related documentation.
Coordinate safety training sessions and manage the training matrix to ensure compliance and team readiness.
Schedule site inductions for on-site staff and assist with workforce scheduling.
Arrange travel logistics for team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation for client meetings and site visits.
Monitor and maintain the company website, ensuring timely updates to reflect current projects, events, and announcements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office management tasks, liaising with external vendors, contractors, and IT support to ensure smooth operations.
Cross cover with procurement and provide operational support to various departments as needed.
Assist in scheduling vehicle services and ensure logbooks are updated weekly by drivers.
Organise team-building events and wellness initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
Efficiently handle emails, maintain calendars, and track key dates such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
