Salary/ Benefits ~£27,000 basic plus commission (£40,000-£50,000 OTE - best commission structure in the market).

The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will be an important part of our sales strategy and growth.
This office-based sales role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales activity including lead generation, new business prospecting, and various acquisition campaigns relevant to company products.
You will identify key decision makers and requirements, generating viable sales opportunities and appointments for our Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities Proactively prospecting and identifying key decision makers through cold calling and networking.
Proactively contact new business, self generation of new business opportunities relevant to our Telecoms, Telephony and Connectivity solutions.
Following up on customer call backs.
Management of qualified customer appointments and visits for Account Managers.
Respond to and follow up on inbound sales enquiries and maintain pipeline.
Ensure pipeline entries are updated on a weekly basis.
Compose relevant proposals for potential SME customers.
Be commercially aware of competitors and aim to stay ahead.
Maximise sales revenues, margins and performance by driving business growth and achieving positive results.
Maximise sales per customer against all divisional solutions i.e.
Landline & Mobile/IOT.
Work closely with Account Managers with high level handover of qualified leads.
Any other duties and reasonable tasks within your capability as set out by Management.
The ideal person Telesales, Outbound or Business Development experience.
Previous experience of KPI-focused sales role.
Thorough understanding of planning and delivering new business strategies.
Demonstrable experience of closing new business opportunities on the phone.
The resilience and drive to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Willingness to learn about call techniques, our products, and services.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Highly motivated and goal driven.
Exceptional communication skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
