We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, PA, or Site Administrator to join our team in the Limerick region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Operations Director and their team, exercising discretion as needed.
2. Support specific projects, including office maintenance and file management.
3. Greet corporate clients upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
4. Act as liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
5. Manage travel arrangements for the Operations Manager.
6. Prepare and manage various documents, including letters of invitation, reports, and presentations.
7. Aquire knowledge to respond to queries, take ownership of issues, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
8. Prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently.

Your Skills / Experience
1. Prior experience as a Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant / Site Administrator in an office administration role is essential.
2. Experience in a construction or healthcare environment would be beneficial.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications; Smart Sheet is advantageous.
5. Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal, and project management skills.

The Offer
This is a contract position with a competitive salary range based on skills and experience.
