Job Description
In a nutshell
As a Product Management Lead, you will be pivotal in leading the integration of business processes and product management strategies across our global operations, particularly focusing on the implementation and optimization of our Dynamics MS CRM solution.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Dublin, Ireland; you will report to the MS-CRM Program Director and work closely with the MS-CRM Program Delivery Manager, who oversees the delivery team in India and the Solution Architect in charge of the technical roadmap of the CRM Program.

As a Product Management Lead, you will:
* Lead Product Management & Business Integration by:
o Leading the strategic planning and execution of product management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
o Overseeing the integration of business processes across various departments, leveraging the Dynamics MS CRM solution.
o Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that supports business objectives and drives continuous improvement.
o Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
o Ensuring that all product developments and business integrations adhere to industry standards and best practices.
o Managing and mentoring the Business Analysts on the team, ensuring effective analysis and implementation of business requirements.
o Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer feedback.
o Gathering, prioritizing, and translating customer requirements into actionable product features.
o Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
o Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
o Driving product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
* Lead Business Analysis, by:
o Conducting thorough business analysis in areas of CRM, including customer data management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
o Preparing functional documentation and design CRM customizations (FRD, SDD).
o Managing the Business Analysts on the team, ensuring they effectively conduct business analysis and prepare necessary documentation.
* Provide Support & Training, by:
o Organising and conducting Q&A sessions and webinar workshops in an international business environment.
o Preparing and distributing CRM newsletters covering flash news and updates.
o Developing, documenting, and executing test cases for end-to-end business scenarios.
o Providing guidance and support to the Business Analysts on the team, ensuring they are equipped to train and support end-users.
* Lead teams, by:
o Managing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts and coach with support of the CRM Product Delivery manager an offshore team in Bangalore, India.
o Breaking down functional requirements into user stories and contribute to the Scrum process with the support of the SCRUM master.
o Providing ongoing support to business users, offering solution expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis through implementation to deployment, migration, and go-live phases.
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have:
* Experience in Problem Management or IT Support roles, with strong RCA skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL platforms like ServiceNow or similar problem and incident management tools.
* Good understanding of MS SQL is a plus.
* Good understanding of Grafana to support data-driven RCA.
* Technical expertise – have a deep understanding of the product they handle as well as the processes behind it.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
* Collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple problem records and follow-ups.
What else should I know?
The following skills are an advantage:
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases) and application architecture is an advantage.
