Sales Executive
Store Design is an established and dynamic commercial shopfitting company based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 with over 30 years’ experience of providing premium quality display systems, shop furniture, bespoke joinery, design and manufacturing services to the retail and commercial interior sector.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales person to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our premium quality products and services. This role involves generating new business within the industry, building and maintaining business relationships with new and existing customers, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for our products and services.
* Maintain well-established contacts in the retail sector and a broad database of clients, designers, and architects within the industry.
* Prospect for new sales opportunities and clients by conducting continuous market research to understand customer needs.
* Build a strong network of industry contacts to help drive business growth.
* Understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs.
* Discuss and liaise closely with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure that client requirements are met.
* Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a sales representative and/or business developer including project management.
* Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and create & deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
* Experience in interior design, fitout, or shopfitting.
* Technically sound, aware of materials specifications, able to judge and take measurements in specific locations as identified by clients.
* Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills.
Essentials:
* A full driving licence.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Ability to work under pressure, flexibly, and independently on own initiative.
* This role will require domestic travel and flexible working hours.
* Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development is required.

The remuneration package will reflect the successful candidate’s experience and achievement record and will strongly reward any motivated self-starter.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
