Operations Manager
Join our award-winning team at Harvey's Point Hotel as Operations Manager. This is an important position working closely with the Banqueting Manager to ensure the exceptional delivery of high quality food and service to our guests.

Harvey's Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background. The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the hotel operates effectively on a day-to-day basis, in line with company and brand standards, and that the appearance of the hotel creates a professional impression to guests and employees.
2. Contribute to the success of the hotel by ensuring that the highest standard of product and service are maintained and delivered at all times whilst maximising profitability in line with budget.
3. Maximise guest satisfaction and ensure that all our customers receive a level of care and attention that exceeds their expectations.
4. Manage the performance of Departmental HOD's through business planning and objective setting, having a hands-on approach to ensure that hotel brand standards are continuously delivered.
5. Effectively manage H&S, fire safety and sustainability objectives.

Requirements:
* 2-5 years as senior manager in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star environment.
* Strong understanding of Food & Beverage concepts and concept development and delivery.
* Strong understanding of rooms division.
* Experience in dealing with high volume food & beverage operation.
* Strong understanding of day to day management of a busy operation.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
