The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Group Supply Chain. The purpose of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to support the C&D Supply Chain Team in meeting the expectations and demands of our customers. The role will develop a good relationship with our customers delivering the very best in customer service. This role is based in our headquarters in Mullingar, Ireland, with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
* Work with key customers to develop collaborative & shared forecasts and plans.
* Support the commercial team on supply chain coordination.
Supply Chain Support:
* Develop and communicate weekly stock report trackers.
* Chair & conduct weekly calls with site supply chain managers to review and implement action plans to fix at-risk items.
* Minute, assign actions/owners and communicate with follow-up to ensure closure.
* Share & communicate stock report trackers with key Account Managers.
* Support supply chain & commercial teams in dealing with supply challenges as they arise.
Customer Service Level:
* Be a key player in achieving our customer service level KPI by working closely with customer service teams to identify potential risks in terms of product availability.
Continuous Improvement:
* Get involved in various continuous improvement projects as and when required.
* Participate in ADHOC projects when required to support the Head of Group Supply Chain Manager.
