Learning and Development Supervisor
About the Role:
VANRATH is partnering with a local public sector organisation to recruit a Learning and Development Supervisor on an initial temporary basis.
About the Organisation:
A leading legislative body responsible for overseeing regional matters through a structured framework, relying on committees, debates, and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating learning and development activities, including administrative support and internal learning events.
* Maintaining accurate and timely L&D management information and managing data in line with protection policies.
* Liaising with trainers, responding to L&D queries, processing invoices, and taking forward actions following training.
* Collating information for Assembly Questions, Freedom of Information, and Data Protection requests.
* Administering L&D software packages and maintaining training records.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management or Learning and Development (or equivalent).
* At least two years' experience in L&D, providing administrative support, using effective communication skills, and developing working relationships.
* Alternatively, four years' experience in related areas.
What You'll Do:
Effectively coordinate L&D activities, maintain accurate records, liaise with stakeholders, and administer L&D software packages to deliver a quality HR service.
