Job Title: Renewable Energy Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general wind farm asset management duties, supporting the implementation and management of Operational Standards in Ireland and the UK.
2. HSE and Processes: Conduct safety inductions, provide toolbox talks, and manage on-site risks. Implement site standards and ensure they are maintained.
3. Commercial Duties and Industrial Relations: Manage competitive pricing processes for required works. Liaise and manage relationships with local stakeholders, landowners, locals, and authorities. Manage and follow-up of claims in connection with the insurer. Manage contracts, leases, and various agreements for assigned wind farms.
4. Be the focal point of contact with stakeholders, planning, scheduling, and managing technical tasks of assigned portfolios.
5. Preventive Maintenance: Track wind farm production, alarms, and failures. Implement solutions to technical problems on each of the wind farms.
6. Other Duties: Travel to wind farm sites in Ireland as required. Occasional trips within Europe may also be possible.
Requirements:
* 2 years of relevant experience in the renewable industry (graduates welcome to apply).
* Motivated individual with a keen interest in the Renewable Industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent IT skills, including Office 365, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
