Working with Axiom Consultants, our client is seeking two highly skilled and experienced Financial Consultants to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advisory services, helping clients to navigate their wealth protection and management needs and achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and a proven history of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personalised financial plans for individuals and their families based on their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
2. Conduct in-depth client reviews to assess their current financial situation and identify opportunities for wealth growth and risk mitigation.
3. Provide guidance and recommendations on various investment strategies, asset allocation, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and other relevant financial matters.
4. Review clients annually to make sure plans are still on track and adjust as required.
5. Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients’ financial plans.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for all their financial needs.
7. Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver a holistic and integrated approach to wealth management services, leveraging internal resources and external experts when needed.
8. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring full transparency and ethical behaviour in all client interactions.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices, educational programs, and certifications to continuously enhance professional knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Must be QFA qualified, CFP is an advantage.
2. Experience in a similar financial advisory role.
3. Strong understanding of Life, Pension, and Investment products.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
8. Proficient in using financial planning software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
