Job Summary
The IT Support/Facilities Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities and IT systems. This includes handling technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and coordinating facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.
* Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.
* Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.

Requirements
* 2-3 years of IT support experience.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
