This is a growth opportunity within Dublin Fund Accounting space. Become an integral member of the Fund Accounting team and be primarily responsible for the preparation of the NAV in a timely, accurate manner.
As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Fund Accounting Team, you will ensure all deliverables are met within the Service Level Agreements. You will also be key in ensuring cross function partnership with all locations within the distributed operating model - building communication lines and ensuring all issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Job responsibilities
1. Ensure calculation of the NAV is in line with existing processes and procedures.
2. Review core reconciliations in order to ensure the accuracy of the NAV.
3. Investigate & validate NAV movement.
4. Complete the delivery of the daily/weekly/ad hoc/monthly NAV production and price dissemination.
5. Ensure checklists are completed and evidenced accordingly.
6. Assist manager with task allocation and resource planning.
7. Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, working with colleagues in the Service Delivery team.
8. Maintain an excellent and interactive relationship with internal partners including Client Services, Custody and Transfer Agency
9. Own and be responsible for the end to end NAV Operating model, both locally and across multiple locations.
10. Establish effective working relationships with key contacts internally and externally.
11. Maintain a green Fund Accounting scorecard rating with the clients.

12. Understanding of the composition of a NAV and NAV drivers.
13. Strong Client management skills and ability to build key relationships.
14. Understanding of distributed operating model and constituent parts.
15. Good understanding of exception based validation.
16. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
17. Good time management and organization skills.
18. A good understanding of the financial markets, investment types and accounting and pricing policies.
19. Risk, control and procedure orientated.

20. Previous experience in a NAV Operations environment
21. Microsoft Office skills: Excel (Intermediate to Expert level), Word and PowerPoint
