About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to join our Operations team at HSS Hire Ireland Ltd. This is a key role that involves driving the procurement of various products and services for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting procurement activity across all product and indirect categories
* Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Managing inbound requests and raising purchase orders
* Sourcing and communicating with suppliers on CSR and audit processes
* Delivering commercial, customer-facing solutions as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must be organised and methodical with attention to detail
* Previous experience in purchase order processing systems is desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities effectively
