Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead or support process engineers in delivering small, process-driven projects as part of the multifunctional process and production improvement team.
* Deliver standardized Capital application processes across manufacturing and New Product Development (NPD) departments.
* Coordinate on-site Process Excellence initiatives, including certification, re-certification, and awareness promotion.
* Lead and coordinate on-site Project Excellence initiatives, such as equipment installation and qualification, and develop standardized project processes.
* Apply world-class manufacturing and project tools and techniques within process areas, controlling and directing manufacturing validation efforts.
* Contribute to new product development, ensuring timely introduction into production and operational cost-effectiveness alignment with site strategic imperatives.
* Review and optimize specified process areas.
* Input into new machinery purchases and investigate new technologies for existing processes.
* Ensure customer service levels are achieved through project delivery.
* Prioritize workload for projects across production and NPD.
* Foster and promote company, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards to achieve excellent results.

Requirements
* Technical degree in a related field (Engineering/Science/Chemical), preferred.
* Minimum BSc in a related field with considerable experience (5 years plus).
* Green Belt in Process Excellence.
