GPC Finance are thrilled to be working with a reputable firm in Dublin City Centre. My Client requires a self-motivated Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager. This position offers opportunities for progression, challenging projects, and learning and development.
You will be part of an experienced management team, who are responsible for carrying out the audits and accounts production of clients across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Lead teams on the planning; execution; and completion of audits.
* Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients.
* Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.
* Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients.
* Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs.
* Report directly to director on engagements.
* Participate in the coaching, mentoring and appraisal of staff.
Ideal Candidate:
* ACA or ACCA Qualified
* Minimum of 4 years+ relevant post qualified work experience
* Understands the operational aspects of managing an audit team and be accountable for results
* Proven management skills and behaviours
* Client-oriented with initiative, enthusiasm and problem-solving attitude.
