Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales within their designated area, representing core products across the trade.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop sales within the area and represent core SKU's across the trade.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Manage employee relations in the depot, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Ensure the health and safety of employees and maintain high standards.
* Manage stock levels effectively, both in stores and on delivery vans.
Requirements
Key Skills and Competencies:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales-based role, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* A full clean Irish or European driving license, enabling you to travel between locations.
* The ability to participate in and contribute to sales strategy, working collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
The standard working week will be Monday to Friday, but flexibility may be required to include occasional weekend work.
