About Your New Role Process and manage customer orders received via email, phone, and online for over 80 clients.
Upload orders to the internal database quickly and efficiently.
Communicate with team members and other departments regarding order updates, transport, amendments, and customer concerns.
Prepare and manage custom documentation for international shipping and transport.
Handle order management and data input for customer E-portals.
Support haulage transport companies for national and international logistics, while addressing customer queries and managing a busy email account.
What Skills Do You Need?
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks.
Previous customer service experience.
Proficient in IT, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Lean & 5S practices is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong business acumen, customer-focused, and a team player with problem-solving abilities.
