About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Mill Lane Manor Nursing Home in Naas, Co. Kildare.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities

* To plan, prepare, and cook high-quality meals for residents and staff in line with dietary requirements and preferences.
* To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to EHO regulations.
* To manage food costs effectively, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.


Requirements

* City & Guilds 706 - 1 & 2 or equivalent qualification in culinary arts.
