We are looking for a talented Customer & Operations Administrator for our client, a well-established agricultural processing company. This organisation plays a key role in the supply chain, working closely with farmers and suppliers. The business is practical, fast-moving, and hands-on, with a friendly and driven team of five already in place.
The Role:
This front-of-office role combines administration with hands-on customer interaction. Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, you will manage deliveries via the weighbridge, handle invoices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Given the nature of the business, some processes are more traditional, requiring a structured and organised approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier Management: Act as the main contact for suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processing.
* Invoice management:Overseeing the invoice pipeline and handling different systems based on supplier requirements.
* Data entry and record-keeping, primarily using Excel.
* Providing excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, and building strong relationships.
* Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a clear workflow.

* A strong communicator with a good sense of humour, able to interact with a wide range of people.
* Comfortable with Excel and confident handling administrative tasks.
