Job Description
We are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team at Nua Healthcare to ensure that services are always being delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards to our patients with mental disorders within our mental health service.
Main Duties:
• Provide physical protection to patients, staff, visitors, and all persons while on the property.
• Protect company property, cars, and assets.
• Issue and control of keys.
• Patrol of the unit and boundary, to guard against damage, fire, trespass, vandalism, theft, assault, and wastage.
• List and report to Head of Security on property lost, stolen, or recovered within the unit.
• Maintain all appropriate records considered necessary in relation to Security.
• Monitor of C.C.T.V.
• Respond to all requests of a security nature i.e., difficult visitor/patients.
Qualifications:
• PSA licence
• Experience: Have recent experience within the last 3 years working in Security Services or related services. Experience within a hospital setting highly desirable

• Excellent organisational skills / self-motivated / self-starter.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
