About the Role
We are recruiting for a Private Clients Administrator to work closely with our consultants and admin team to coordinate the daily processing of life & pension new business & existing business.
Overview of Duties
1. Process pension, investment & protection business that is submitted by our consultants such as inputting online, chasing pipeline, and issuing policy documents.
2. Set up client/policy records on client database.
3. Work with the consultants to draw up and issue compliance documents to clients - recommendations, statement of suitability, market research reports, risk profiling etc.
4. Ensure files are compliant in line with NFP Ireland's processes and procedures.
5. Establish & build strong relationships with our clients.
6. Processing ad hoc requests from customers, e.g. address changes, encashments, withdrawals.
7. Managing daily post and client correspondence.
8. Prepare and maintain client files.
9. Manage task reminder system.
10. Fielding telephone calls.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Display a positive attitude and behaviour, demonstrating an awareness and willingness to respond to customers to exceed their needs, requirements and expectations. A passion for delivering customer service excellence, going over and above.
2. Excellent listening skills, always checks administrative work.
3. Excellent organiser – including time management and prioritisation.
4. Prioritises customer needs above all else. Manages own time effectively and able to manage the expectations of other stakeholders regarding delivery timescales.
5. Capable of developing innovative solutions for clients using knowledge and research skills as well as liaising across teams to deliver solutions. Brings new ideas to the table.
Education / And or Experience
1. QFA.
2. Relevant experience in a similar role (life and pension experience).
3. Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Packages.
4. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
5. Good attention to detail.
6. Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative, proactiveness and independence.
