About the PositionReporting into Administration & Facilities Team Lead – Dublin, the purpose of this position is to provide extensive administration, diary management, and travel support to SVP Head of IT Solutions & Managing Director – Dublin and SVP Head of Group IT Infrastructure & Services. The position holder also provides ad-hoc support to SVP Underwriter - Property CAT, SVP Head of Data, and other members of the RSE Senior Leadership team based in Dublin. The role also covers all aspects of administrative support required for the improvement of client experience, and other projects assigned by the reporting manager. Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will be wide ranging and varied and will include:To act as a gate keeper for all activities relating to the abovementioned executives. Developing a strong understanding of the executive’s role within the organization and externallyExtensive diary management for SVP Head of IT Solutions & Managing Director – Dublin and SVP Head of Group IT Infrastructure & Services, including coordination and execution of internal and external meetings and hospitality eventsManagement of email inbox for SVP Head of IT Solutions & Managing Director – Dublin and the other executives in the team as requiredManage complex business travel arrangements for the abovementioned executives, including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportCoordinate group travel itineraries for the wider teams reporting into the abovementioned executives as requiredExpense processing for the abovementioned executives as requiredWorking closely with the wider support teams, contribute to RenRe’s core principles and all aspects of RenRe’s client experienceProvide absence covers for the other members of the Dublin Administration & Facilities team as required Candidate QualificationsPrevious experience working in comparable positions, ideally within the Insurance industry. Minimum 5 years’ experienceExperience in coordinating events; small to large scaleStrong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteHigh attention to details and organisation - Plan ahead and think strategically about the ‘bigger picture’.Ability to handle and prioritise tasks for multiple stakeholders based on business criticality and time-sensitivityA strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines, responding quickly while managing expectations of clients and stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure while adapting to changing needs and prioritiesTeam player who enjoys achieving shared goals and values input and expertise of othersAbility to demonstrate initiative and take ownership of assigned areasExcellent communication skills to build and develop relationships with external clients as well as internal stakeholders across all levels within the organisationAbility to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
