Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Delivery Manager located in Dublin. The Customer Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer deliveries, overseeing the delivery team, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and continuously improving the delivery process. The role involves daily collaboration with sales, program management, and project management teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
