(5 days on-site in Kildare, reducing to 3 after probation) The Role Provide IT Helpdesk support to over 250 users Resolving issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, LAN/WAN The Person Minimum of 2 years proven Helpdesk IT Support in an office environment (Microsoft) IT Degree or equivalent Great communication skills and customer centric mindset Happy to work on-site during the probationary period in Kildare The Rewards Salary 35-45,000 per annum DOE.
