Job Description:
In a nutshell
As a business analyst you will support our globally distributed CRM Team, to implement our Dynamics MS CRM solution.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Dublin, you will join a globally distributed CRM team - within the Eurofins Group CRM IT Competency Centre.
How can you help us?
You will:
* Design the future of our Microsoft D365 CRM landscape for customer sales, customer service and marketing automation; ensuring that changes in D365 SaaS align with business standards (avoiding "over customizations", among others).
* Be part of the architecture community and align with other architects on integration patterns, among other architecture components. You will find the best design for business requirements to ensure that changes in D365 SaaS are close to the standard and we do not “over customize” our system.
* Guide and review the work of our CRM development team; contributing with regular code reviews and actively participating in the implementation (hands-on mentality) of critical integrations.
* Work with other architecture and engineering teams in defining standards and governance.
* Write and maintain the technical design documentation for the CRM platform and agree on the technical roadmap of the D365 platform, its APIs usage and integration layers to ensure architecture compliance with Eurofins standards concerning security, technologies, patterns, etc.
* Be accountable for the proper implementation of CI/CD and test automation for the CRM platform.
What can we do for you?
We are offering the following:
* A competitive salary package.
* Extensive on-the-job coaching and training opportunities.
* Challenges within a multi-cultural and cross-regional team as part of the international and fast-growing Eurofins organisation.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have:
* A minimum of 5 years of working experience with MS Dynamics CRM solution, with strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Technology; both in development and architecture design.
* A Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or similar disciplines (Applied Maths, Engineering, Business degree with integrated IT, etc).
You are:
* Proficient in on-premise architecture and software development.
* A strong problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude.
* Able to identify issues, escalate, and propose solutions while capturing and understanding all relevant details.
