CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Administrator. The Technical Administrator will work within the Maintenance Systems team to keep the Engineering Documentation and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) updated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage documentation related to Maintenance Systems for the site handed over from Projects (e.g. P&IDs, OEM manuals, etc).
2. Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) following change control procedures.
3. Work with stakeholders on the approval and execution of the above.
Experience Required:
1. Good organisational and data management skills.
2. Experience / proficiency in document management systems and office applications.
3. Experience working in a GMP environment and quality management systems.
4. Familiar with Maintenance Systems structure and applications.
5. Analytical mindset, data driven with attention to detail on systems.
