This role will sit on the Sales team based in Cork with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will be integral to driving the company's growth. You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals with ambitious, yet achievable sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong advisory skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Irish life and pensions market, with an emphasis on retirement planning and protection. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Implement and adhere to best practice sales tracking processes to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Manage a structured sales pipeline in collaboration with product providers to ensure timely processing of new business. Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized sales plans for team members. Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. Meet personal sales targets as defined in your contract. Ensure client files comply with the standards set by the Central Bank of Ireland, including timely completion and sign-off. Adhere to all Central Bank regulations regarding client interactions and product recommendations, with the support of external compliance specialists and annual mock audits. Monitor and report commission figures (actuals and accruals) to the Managing Director by the fifth working day of each month. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align direct debit setups with client requirements. Build and maintain strong business relationships with life companies, account managers, and other key partners to maximize sales opportunities. Requirements: 2+ years experience as a financial advisor within with the Irish Financial Servies industry. Minimum qualifications: QFA and CFP, with demonstrated CPD compliance. Highly organised, with a structured approach to time and resource management. Goal-oriented and capable of supporting and motivating team members. Extensive technical knowledge and experience with life and pension products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
