NRG Health & Fitness Cork are seeking a responsible Senior Administrator. The successful candidate will perform a variety of front office admin and sales/marketing tasks. This position would suit an organised mind, with great attention to detail, who enjoys interacting with customers and has a drive to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer & administration skills.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. The daily running & operation of the front office.
2. To deal with guest/member queries in a friendly & efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure all transactions/payments & records are accurate within our operating system.
4. Assist in the clubs marketing & social media efforts.
5. Assist in the achievement of agreed sales targets.
6. Generate new memberships & renew/retain existing memberships to achieve the monthly sales target.
7. Prepare & develop marketing plans & coordinate projects for the club.
8. Tour new potential customers around the club with the goal to encourage sign ups.
9. Perform phone calls to current & existing members; inquire about their satisfaction with their membership, seek feedback & ultimately build a long-term relationship with them.
10. Ensure memberships are recorded, updated, monitored & maintained in the Clubs Membership Management software system.
11. Work in a team environment; ensuring a positive & professional working relationship with colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following:
1. Excellent computer & administration skills. (Power Point, Word, Excel, Mailchimp, Canva etc).
2. Sales Experience
3. Eager to learn new skills & undertake training when required.
4. Flexibility with hours. Including evenings & weekends.
5. Ability to work on their own initiative & work well within a team.
6. An interest in the Fitness Industry is an advantage.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
9. Highly motivated and target driven.
