Role Objectives
We are seeking applications for the role of Deputy Person in Charge who will support the Centre's Person in Charge. The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and management skills, experience in execution and delivery of duties within the centre daily in line with regulations.
The Deputy Person in Charge is responsible for providing the highest quality of care and support to individuals. They will:
* Ensure Personal Plans are up to date and that services are being delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* Provide mentorship and leadership to the team daily.
* Formal supervisions, appraisals and monthly team meetings also take place under the control and supervision of the Person in Charge.
* Oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (or suitable equivalent qualification with a qualification in management qualification in Healthcare).
* Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Relevant life experience.
* A Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
