Job Responsibilities:
1. Process & maintain accurate accounts and filing records, including assisting with invoices, purchase orders & expenses.
2. Provide administrative support for the Engineering & Operations Team, including logging jobs and order processing.
3. Handle customer service inquiries and queries.
4. Perform general administration duties.
Qualifications:
1. Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
2. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
3. Education: Leaving Certificate (required).
4. Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred), Administration: 2 years (preferred), Sage: 2 years (required).
5. Language: English (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00 per year
