Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Retail Services Administrator to support our Retail Account Manager in overseeing facilities operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned maintenance, reactive issues, and remedial work, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time.
* Track and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure timely service delivery
* Work closely with the service desk, technical teams, and external contractors
* Monitor and report on compliance with health and safety requirements
* Ensure reactive maintenance tasks are completed promptly and reported
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on service status
* Process purchase orders, quotations, and reports using CAFM systems
* Handle general administrative and facilities-related queries

Working Pattern:
