ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment activities such as: creating job advertisements, posting vacancies, completing 1st round interviews, scheduling 2nd round interviews, completing reference checks and making offers of employment.Drawing up contracts and letters of offer and sending them to suitable candidates.Maintain the BrightHR and Blip system and ensure 100% accuracy with both employee clock ins and employee information.
Organise and conduct monthly management meetings.Organise and attend recruitment events with the HR team.Work closely with the marketing department to promote the graduate programme and improve social media presence.Assist HR Manager in keeping policies and procedures up-to date.Health and Safety activities such as audit administration and ordering workwear.Assisting with employee appraisals and ensuring all are completed on time.Building and implementing training programmes.
