Key Membership Account Manager Fully Remote
We are recruiting a Key Membership Account Manager for a client in Dublin. The role is fully remote, requiring the candidate to reside in Ireland to attend in-person events when necessary. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
* Actively seek out new member organisations.
* Manage and update current membership collateral.
* Build strong relationships with current member organisations and professionals through regular meetings.
* Encourage member engagement by building 12-month roadmaps with members to ensure they are receiving value.
* Organise various engagement activities with members such as podcasts, masterclasses, and insights, and upload content to the website.
* Update CRM with activity and member feedback.
* Provide feedback on member needs to the events manager regarding event topics and speakers.
* Provide feedback on member needs to the training manager regarding training programmes and certification.
* Attend in-person events.
* Run monthly induction sessions for new members.
* Address day-to-day member queries regarding membership.
Skills and Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (minimum 5 years) with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is a busy, positive, and proactive individual who enjoys client interactions and is comfortable working to targets. Experience dealing with corporate clients is essential. Some online marketing and CRM experience is desirable. A customer-focused attitude and a drive to succeed are crucial.
