Account Manager
An experienced Account Manager is sought after to join the EU Expansion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting Polish online sellers and supporting them in expanding their businesses in Poland and across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new business partners to cooperate with our client's marketplace in Poland.
* Develop relationships with Polish sellers, assist them in registration, product listing, and participation in international programs such as Prime and FBA.
* Enable sellers to master our client's tools and systems to manage catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
* Achieve business and financial objectives while driving growth of third-party business in selected product categories.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketplace experience for all sellers through scalable solutions.
* Collaborate with international teams on cross-functional projects to enhance customer and seller experiences.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
* Fluency in Polish and English (verbal & written).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in dynamic environment.
* High level of organization and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree is a plus.
* Experience in retail, technology, or e-commerce is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
