Job Title
The Learning and Leadership Development Specialist plays a critical role in driving strategic business growth by delivering learning solutions that equip employees with essential knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-designs and delivers a core front line leadership curriculum focusing on industrial operations management success factors, capabilities, and behaviors.
* Develops personal development curriculum to enhance employee skills, including presentation, communication, project management, team building, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
* Maintains awareness of learning and development industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to create and deliver education and training programs.
* Evaluates learning outcomes to measure gains in knowledge, skills application, and overall impact.
* Manages vendor relationships and ensures effective marketing and communication of non-technical training initiatives company-wide.
* Aligns education and training programs with other Learning and Leadership Development initiatives.
* Administers the non-GxP LMS system.
* Fosters a culture of collaboration through relationship-building efforts.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in an L&D role, focusing on training, instructional design, and delivery.
