The Role of Head Chef
At our renowned dining establishment in South Dublin, we seek a talented and experienced Head Chef to spearhead our culinary team.
* Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and flavour.
* Collaborate closely with owners to drive menu innovation and control costs effectively.
* Lead a small kitchen team, ensuring exceptional teamwork and adherence to food safety regulations.
* Deliver outstanding hospitality experiences for guests through creative cuisine and impeccable service.
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience as a Head Chef in a busy gastrobar or restaurant environment.
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and building engaging menus.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
* Strong knowledge of current food trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
