Job Overview:
This role is responsible for performing various activities in the Central Operations area at FBD Head Office, supporting general accounts functions under the guidance of the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process premium payments
* Manage refunds and credit/debit control
* Handle direct debit processing
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with month-end duties
* Respond to account queries from internal and external customers
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
General Duties:
* Liaise with various business areas
* Ensure internal controls are applied
* Support internal and external customers to meet service levels
* Complete tasks complementary to listed responsibilities, as directed by the Team Leader or management
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
* 1-3 years' experience in a busy office environment or similar role
* Strong team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
